Ultra-pure water from Biochrom AG is processed in a multistep process to comply with the specification "Water for Injection" (WFI).

Initial purification includes charcoal adsorption and ion exchange methods. Final distillation uses a cyclone device for water of extreme purity. The water vapour is accelerated to 500 g through cyclone geometry and difference in pressure. Thus the vapour is cleaned of all dragged impurity droplets < 0.5 µm. The distillate is pyrogen-free.
