FBS Argentina with Certificate of Suitability
To extend its range of qualified animal sera for cell culture, Biochrom has applied for a Certificate of Suitability (CoS) for Argentina sourced FBS with the EDQM. As per December 1st, 2005 Biochrom has been awarded the certificate from the EDQM, offering Argentine FBS with a detailed tracing documentation, and covered by the CoS, as an alternative to Australian sourced FBS. Following sterile filtration, the serum is bottled in 100, 500, and 1000 ml units. Catalogue numbers are: S 0213 (100 ml), S 0215 (500 ml), S 0210 (1.000 ml).
